How do I get free shipping?

Any orders over $100 will be eligible for free standard ground shipping.

How do I know if my order is being processed?

After placing an order on our site, you will receive an email confirmation with a summary of your purchases. If within 24 hours following confirmation of your order, you still have not received a confirmation email, please check your “Junk or Spam folder”.  If this is not the case, please contact our customer service by mail: and we’ll be happy to assist you. You can also, at any time, follow the status of your order via  My Account / My Orders.

Where to find my order number?

To find your order number,  go into My Account / My Orders . Your order number is also listed on the order confirmation email.

What payment methods are accepted to pay for my purchases?

You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal), directly on our website via secure 3D secure interface of our partner Ogone. For security reasons, the name and address of the credit card used must match the name and billing address. We do not accept payment by check.

Is the payment secure?

Online payment on our site is 100% secure. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Before confirming your payment, you can change or cancel your order at any time.  After confirmation of payment, it is not possible to cancel or modify an order.

What happens if my order is incomplete or damaged?

What is the procedure to return & refund?


We gladly accept any unused items purchased on We cannot accept items that have been opened unless the product is damaged or defective. If a set is being returned, all products in the set must be returned. If your order contained a GWP (Gift With Purchase) all products making up the gift must be returned along with the items you are returning.  In case of damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-557-4986 and we’ll be happy to assist you. 

Merchandise purchased on must be returned within 30 days of the ship date found on the Packing List. You can print out the Return Form online by going to My Account then click on My Returns. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.  

Please allow up to 7-10 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We charge a return fee of $15. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend that you send your return via an insured method, which can be tracked in the case of loss. Please remember to write down your Tracking Number to monitor delivery status. Returns

You may return PayPal purchases by mail to within 30 days for a full refund. If you mail your return, your PayPal account will be refunded directly. A refund on a credit/debit card with the same billing or shipping name that appears on your PayPal order. Refunds to credit or debit cards can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved.
